By visiting instantbud.co or placing an order with InstantBud, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Delivery Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

You must be 19 or older to order from InstantBud. We check valid government photo ID at the door on every delivery. We will not hand over an order to anyone who cannot show valid ID that proves they are 19 or older, and we may cancel that order.

InstantBud is a delivery service only. We have no storefront, and we do not offer walk-in sales or pickup. Please do not visit a delivery address or ask to pick up an order.

Placing an order is a request to buy. We may accept, change or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area or the details you gave are wrong. If we cancel an order, we will contact you using the phone number you provided.

Please give us a correct name, phone number and delivery address, and make sure someone is there to receive the order.

Prices are shown on the site and may change without notice. We accept cash or Interac e-transfer. We do not accept card payments. Your payment is due when your order arrives, unless we tell you otherwise.

We deliver in Surrey, Langley and across Metro Vancouver, daily from 10 AM to 10 PM. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and traffic, weather and order volume can change them. Free-delivery minimums and fees depend on your city, so please read our Delivery Policy before you order.

Promotions such as the FIRSTTIME code (10% off your first order, entered in the delivery instructions at checkout) apply only as described when we offer them. We may change or end a promotion at any time, and we may refuse a code that is misused.

We only refund a broken device that you report on the first day of purchase. All other sales are final. Please read our Refund Policy for the details.

Cannabis is for adults only. Keep all products locked away and out of reach of children and pets. Do not drive or operate machinery after using cannabis. Do not resell the products you buy from us. Start with a small amount, especially with edibles, drinks and concentrates.

Product names, photos, descriptions, THC figures and ratings are provided for general information, and they may differ slightly from the product you receive. Always read the label. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition or take medication, please talk to a healthcare professional before using cannabis.

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not copy our content, interfere with the site, or try to place orders using false information. We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

To the extent the law allows, InstantBud is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that comes from using the site or our products, or from a delayed or missed delivery. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under British Columbia or Canadian consumer law.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
